Bookmark左呢間餐廳一段時間，但始終新蒲崗都唔係啲常去嘅地方，所以一直都冇機會試。今次特登的起心肝過嚟食呢間窩夫主題嘅餐廳！呢度嘅裝修好特別，睇得出好俾心機去佈置，除咗裝修用嘅水杯同埋枱櫈都好有懷舊feel！唯一嘅問題係，兩個mains上枱嘅時間相隔太遠，食晒成個waffle再等咗15分鐘個risotto先上🥺好彩我哋係share食，所以大家都可以食住個窩夫等。整體來講，食物質素真係唔錯，價錢都好合理，如果有機會經過呢頭嘅話一定要支持下小店～.bookmarked this waffle cafe for a long time now 😆 but always too lazy to travel to sanpokong just to try this place 😂 the look & the feel of the cafe is pretty cool 😎 very old-school! the only problem we had was the timing of the food 🥘 we ordered a waffle and a risotto bu

好少喺香港嘅餐廳見到有pulled pork，所以我哋諗都唔諗就即刻揀咗呢個鹹嘅窩夫試下！pulled pork都整得唔錯，醬汁唔會話太濃，而份量都好足夠，每一啖窩夫都可以有一大啖肉去配埋一齊食😋！
而窩夫本身嘅口感係非常之鬆脆，有少少似行過小小629雞蛋仔嗰度嘅格仔餅嘅口感，又厚又脆，再加上蛋味都好香，好食～

如果你係食開啲好硬而又比較乾嘅risotto，呢個未必啱你。呢個risotto比較濕滑，我個人就幾鍾意嘅，creamy嘅質感同好重嘅芝士味好夾～不得不讚呢個三文魚嘅魚皮，非常之香脆！而三文魚肉都整得好嫩滑，慢煮真係唔同啲😍！
