To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興呢間茶餐廳聽就聽得多,不過真係一直都冇入去試吓,其實最想試就係佢個冰鎮奶茶。今日難得公眾假期同屋企人終於黎試吓呢間久仰大名嘅茶餐廳。先來嘅係魚香茄子肉鬆煲都尚算惹味,有帶點小小嘅辣味同埋肉碎,算香口,送飯一流。之後就嚟咗西蘭花炒青衣魚球覺得呢個係全晚最高質嘅一個餸。青衣魚球真係好好肉質,質地好彈牙結實爽口,唔同而家一般嘅魚柳都係偏淋身同埋散嘅,所以呢個魚塊真夠鮮味,值得一試。最後係豉汁涼瓜炒鮮味牛肉苦瓜最重要就係夠苦,佢呢度應該用咗傳統有釘圓型那種深綠苦瓜真係夠好味。另外跟餐分別叫咗兩個湯同埋呢度最出名嘅冰鎮奶茶湯分別係鯪魚粉葛赤小豆湯同埋滋潤杏仁豬肺湯。湯嘅份量都算大。杏仁豬肺湯真係杏仁味好濃厚,好似飲緊一個杏仁糊咁樣,配合鮮味豬肺湯好滋補滋潤。平時唔鍾意杏仁味嘅我都覺得係幾能夠吸引都唔鍾意杏人嘅朋友。最後就係呢個冰鎮奶茶。其實咁樣分開冰同奶茶真係能夠保持茶嘅濃厚,而且餐廳嘅奶茶真本身真係夠厚身,茶味夠濃。其實呢個係飲奶茶嘅精髓,好多餐廳都唔能夠把握呢個技術。如果遇上一啲薄身嘅奶茶,茶味唔出。根本就稱唔想係好奶茶。不過呢幾日天氣十分炎熱,餐廳用冰好像較少,冰度唔係太夠,如果多啲相

湯嘅份量都算大。杏仁豬肺湯真係杏仁味好濃厚,好似飲緊一個杏仁糊咁樣,配合鮮味豬肺湯好滋補滋潤。平時唔鍾意杏仁味嘅我都覺得係幾能夠吸引都唔鍾意杏人嘅朋友。

最後就係呢個冰鎮奶茶
其實咁樣分開冰同奶茶真係能夠保持茶嘅濃厚,而且餐廳嘅奶茶真本身真係夠厚身,茶味夠濃。其實呢個係飲奶茶嘅精髓,好多餐廳都唔能夠把握呢個技術。
如果遇上一啲薄身嘅奶茶,茶味唔出。根本就稱唔想係好奶茶。
不過呢幾日天氣十分炎熱,餐廳用冰好像較少,冰度唔係太夠,如果多啲相信整杯奶茶嘅感覺會更加好,但係奶茶味都好飲。
呢度份量正常,店內服務員服務態度良好。
但係稍嫌味精有點多,吃後12有點乾涸。可能唔係太適合老人家或者唔喜歡重口味嘅人士。
