因為疫情的關係,由新年開始已經大多數留在家!當今個月的疫情稍為緩和,終於約咗幾個朋友仔一齊聚一聚!揀咗地點方便嘅太子始創中心,原來商場開咗間新嘅潮州餐廳 - 潮悅,新開張仲有優惠,咁就試咗一下!當晚食客都幾多。食潮州菜,一定要試吓佢個滷水拼盤!好喜歡佢個拼盤,每樣都非常入味,尤其係個滷水豆腐!滷水鵝+鵝翼亦肉質鮮美!跟住叫咗個鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯。分量應該至少有八碗。我最鍾意係佢個黑椒味,食完令我成個身都暖暖的,湯裏嘅豬肚同雞腳都已經煮到非常柔軟。好掛住阿媽啲湯嘅我,真係仲飲咗兩三碗!蠔餅亦一定係潮州食品嘅精髓。估唔到蠔餅裏便有非常多嘅蠔,同埋每隻都幾大隻,加埋嗰蛋餅,亦非常飽肚!最後加個菜,炒芥蘭加咗啲魚乾、冬菇,唔會過老,亦感覺比較健康!呢度嘅餸都好大碟,而家新開張有七折,真的性價比非常高!

跟住叫咗個鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯。
分量應該至少有八碗。
我最鍾意係佢個黑椒味,食完令我成個身都暖暖的,湯裏嘅豬肚同雞腳都已經煮到非常柔軟。

好掛住阿媽啲湯嘅我,真係仲飲咗兩三碗!
