公司飯局訂咗太子始創中心嘅潮.悅,酒樓位於4樓,但喺後面部上有啲難搵,酒樓裝修好新,天花幾支水晶燈好光猛。先來乳豬全體,而家新式乳豬全體係無骨,唔會好肥豬皮夠脆,一人兩件,唔錯。上湯龍蝦伊麵,都算大碟伊麵幾多,龍蝦大件,啱啱一人一件,龍蝦新鮮走油彈牙。碧綠花枝蚌片大大碟,食極都有。脆炸鳳尾蝦多士,酒樓都有得食,熱辣辣即炸,多士香脆,上面蝦滑包住鮮蝦,灑上芝麻夠Q彈。燉雞湯,成盅用料十足,湯濃好飲。清蒸龍躉就有點失色,一來過晒火,二來條魚有啲味,唔好食。脆皮燒雞係冰鮮雞,都炸得唔錯,最緊要皮夠脆,有雞油香唔會梅。仲有個什菌浸豆苗有啲油,不過食落好香好滑,豆苗夠嫩。

前晚我和家人去了太子始創四樓的潮悅酒樓,這是我們平時常去的飲茶地方,但晚上是第一次光顧。雖然那晚的客人還算不少,7-8成滿的情況已經相當不錯。我們點了幾道菜,包括上湯龍蝦伊麵、西蘭花炒龍躉球、燒腩仔和潮州小炒王。每道菜的味道都很鮮美,特別是龍蝦伊麵,湯頭鮮濃,讓人回味無窮。燒腩仔的皮脆肉嫩,搭配小炒王,口感更是絕佳。總共四個人AA制,最後每人只需付約$240,性價比相當高。除了美食,服務態度也值得一提,服務員熱情周到,讓我們感受到賓至如歸的感覺。整體來說,這次的晚市經驗非常滿意,未來一定會再來光顧!

本人星期六14:30入坐,在入座不足1小時及點心未到齊的情況下,一位穿西裝戴口罩女員工突然要求先埋單。本人表示食物尚未到齊,在她查看後發現打錯及打漏單,並再次要求埋單,本人即時表示會在用餐後埋單。再過一陣約入坐後1小時多,本人及太太食完所有點心,在飲茶傾計的時候,該位女員工再次出現在枱邊一言不發並直接放下賬單一直站着等待,行為極之無禮。在不足1個半小時的用餐時間,被前後3次要求埋單的情況下,被逼直接到收銀處俾錢離開。

原本約咗開學日夜晚食呢餐生日飯,  點知遇著10號風球, 之後一星期又遇到黑雨, 最後在風雨過後順利平安同朋友慶祝生日! 一行8人,  叫咗九個餸四支啤酒埋單都係1400蚊左右 , 幾抵食!  呢間酒樓係食潮州加廣東菜式,叫咗個鹵水拼盤好大碟, 鹵水入味,唔會太鹹, 方魚肉碎粥好味,另外叫咗條魚同灼蝦都好新鮮 , 蝦肉好實淨鮮甜。 咕嚕豚肉, 川椒雞球,豉油王炒麵, 春菜腩肉煲, 海鮮雜菜煲, 樣樣份量都好足夠 ,味道唔錯。 服務都Ok啦。唯一係酒樓收10點, 食飽同朋友傾多一陣,想坐耐少少就無咁方便。

五月同一班舊同事在這間潮菜館食晚飯,當時覺得價廉物美,職員說由於我們有六6個人,送咗半隻乳豬,大家食得非常高興。今日專程帶大家姐來飲茶食點心。蝦餃的蝦彈牙又甜,有水準。韮菜豬紅的豬紅好味,韮菜則太老有渣。义燒飽及蜂巢芋盒味道唔錯。再次食到加了薑絲的大地魚蠔仔肉碎粥,我同大家姐一致認為放胡椒粉已足夠,不需放薑絲,因並不是每個人都喜歡薑絲。菜心夠翠綠及清甜。下次會再來試其他點心。

原來啲鯪魚球一炸起咗之後,

中午飲茶, 茶order鐵觀音是茶包,飲完之後覺得嚡脷, 轉飲滾水。 藥膳燉雞腳魚頭 頂點31.8, 雞腳溶溶爛爛浸住藥材水,魚頭入口腥味重。 特點28.8 蝦醬蒸鮮魷 , 暗暗色澤,入口魷魚蒸過頭,趙唔開硬硬。 亦有order蟹籽燒賣,白玉棉花雞,燒賣唔錯,正常兼新鮮。 佢哋嘅辣椒油又香又夠辣。
