花墟附近有好多cafe,不過今日我同朋友想食日本野,見到呢間新開張,就入去試下。我哋到既時間已經係下午茶時段,但門口都仲有個滿座既牌,好彩等左唔係好耐就有位,一坐低,店員就好貼心,比左兩個盒子我哋擺背囊放在櫈底,令我哋可以舒舒服服開餐。掃QR落單,餐牌上選擇都唔少,主打吉列、烏冬、壽喜燒。不過我哋唔係太肚餓,所以叫左2客烏冬,大家都揀左沙嗲湯底,配料有大量櫻花蝦、令湯底倍感鮮甜,紫菜、名門卷、腐皮吸收晒湯底既精華,好入味,烏冬煙韌彈牙又幼滑。八不嫩牛烏冬:安格斯牛特別有牛味,而且肉質鮮嫩多汁,脂肪分佈均勻,入口細緻香甜。吉列千層豚烏冬:千層豚炸到金黃色,賣相好吸引,外脆內嫩,千層既做法,係豚肉一層一層重叠包住嚟炸,令口感很豐富。餐廳唔使加一服務費,好抵食,下次會再去試下壽喜燒。
