To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 奧海城foodcourt裝修完之後多咗一間「永年士多」🍜 今日午餐同家人食車仔麵先~我們分別點了兩份自選餸麵。第一份微咖喱辣、豬腸汁湯底米粉,配上魚蛋、紫菜和魚皮餃。第二份就係微麻辣湯米粉,配上牛柏葉、牛筋、魷魚和肥牛。微咖喱辣的湯底有香濃的咖喱味道,帶有微微的辣味。豬腸汁好香。米粉柔軟滑嫩,與湯底完美融合。魚蛋口感彈牙,紫菜增添了豐富的口感,而魚皮餃口感很好。叫咗碗紫菜墨丸湯,味道清新。另一碗麵食係微麻辣的湯底。魷魚、牛柏葉和牛筋口感彈牙,有嚼勁。肥牛也不錯。我們還點了樽仔奶茶來解渴。樽仔奶茶香濃濃郁,茶香與牛奶的比例恰到好處,入口順滑,好滋味。【 永年士多 】📌 大角咀海庭道18號奧海城2期1樓大食代2號舖
