I come past Tai On Lau sometimes not for food, but just studying what other youngsters like eating from here. Even though most of the little stalls here aren't appealing, there are still 3-4 which surprisingly, serves prettyinteresting and decent snacks! Freshly steamed batch are put onto the metal tray.
They're nice and warm, moist but not mushy.
(After they cool down, they're put back into the steamer basket)
Fillings of some usual veggies herb and starchy 沙葛, even Pork mince.
Mine 2 pieces didn't seem to have fried peanuts, which is a shame.
This and other stuff here seems worthy of a re-visit!
