To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

創作壽司,必試海膽三色塔,有拖羅蓉、海膽和wasabi,顏色的確襯得很漂亮,入口即溶的口感加上芝麻香氣,好好吃啊!鵝肝壽司都好好味,入口即溶,爆發油香,已經覺得是味蕾的享受。魚子醬煙三文魚拖羅蓉多士,原來真的是一口多士,上面放上拖羅蓉和魚子醬,魚子醬香味四溢,多士香脆口感,真的是多重享受,很有創意。

極品金枕頭榴槤燒,絕對是全場焦點,愛吃榴槤的話,多點幾件已吃回本。燒過的榴槤熱辣辣,香氣更能揮發,榴槤入口軟滑飄香,真的超美味!我們二人吃了14件,等於吃了一個金枕頭有多。

我們吃榴槤當甜品,已經非常滿足。而自助區的一口甜品也有榴槤糯米糍,但已經被人吃光了,所以要吃到自己心水食物,還是要快手!
