同好友慶生,揀間好嘢去食!呢間南瀛水產以新鮮水產和日本進口食材為賣點,一入到去都睇到佢有用心裝修,以木器、竹器為主,天花掛著竹燈籠和一些粗繩,周圍掛上很多「魚」字邊的木牌,還有清酒樽作裝飾,很有傳統日本風感覺,加上柔和燈光令餐廳更有氣氛,還有一幅提字牌扁,據聞是由日本名書法家中島春綠親筆提字。除了刺身、壽司、鍋物等多樣選擇,這裡還有浜燒海鮮(原意指即捕即燒即食),我們都沒有吃過,所以都叫了幾樣試下!未燒之前先黎個軟殼蟹沙律($78),軟殼蟹份量不少而且炸得剛好,配以沙律醬和生菜車厘茄,清新又好味!然後叫左個雲丹蟹肉卷($228),小人無知唔知原來雲丹即係海膽,要睇英文先明…一客有6卷,每卷都有兩片海膽在上,飯中間則用紫菜和葉包著蟹肉。海膽好鮮甜,蟹肉亦好新鮮,飯量剛剛好!食日本菜點少得刺身,我地要左個東瀛五點盛($368),有三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、油甘魚及帶子,每款三件,全部都好新鮮好好味!尤其喜歡個帶子,又滑又爽,好正!仲有個「香蒜牛舌」($88),一碟五件,煎得香口,容易咬開唔硬!跟住店員就送上帆立貝($78X2)和鮑魚($78X2)啦!帆立貝好大隻!店員幫忙在燒爐上燒,將清酒加入

跟住店員就送上帆立貝($78X2)和鮑魚($78X2)啦!帆立貝好大隻!店員幫忙在燒爐上燒,將清酒加入帆立貝穀上,燒好後還有很多汁,鮮甜而不覺得酒味!我飲哂!帆立貝剪開了數小件,方便進食!
至於鮑魚就燒得乾身,有咬感之餘又唔韌,不錯!

接著還有蟹味噌甲羅燒($78X2),呢個用松葉蟹蓋載著經味噌釀製的蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽和青蔥,還有一顆鵪鶉蛋,店員幫忙攪拌放爐上燒,轉眼已變成啡色的糊狀,食落有豐富的層次感,味道濃郁,不需要加任何調味料,軟滑得來又食到蟹籽的卜卜爽口,第一次食這個感覺不錯!

最後還有原隻烏賊燒($75),這條魷魚筒超大,慢慢燒至乾身,店員將魷筒剪開,再塗上特製醬汁持續烘烤,是惹味之選!
如果配燒酒可能更正!不過今日我地飲無酒精飲品,我杯青蘋果乳酸($68)都不錯!有幾顆青蘋果粒在面,解渴又健康!

為了錦上添花,我們還叫了甜品,南瀛沙冰雪糕($68),我由一開始看餐牌已經看中它了!果然無令我失望!芒果配雲尼拿雪糕再加上沙冰,透心涼,味道倒有點像吃楊滋甘露!
