這次是草根第2次在港食磯燒晚餐,看報導得知年輕的餐廳老闆於外國留學後回港與父親開餐廳。年紀雖少,但有此志向和目標實在少見。當晚可見員工數量很多,所以真的能做到兼顧每枱客人的需要。海鮮沙律($78)Sashimi Salad沙律🥗及魚生都十分新鮮,沙律爽脆,配上香醋很開胃,另外加入油甘魚、三文魚、吞拿魚粒🐟,魚生柔軟,再於表面放上紫菜,整個沙律都很好吃😋。東瀛五點盛($368)Japanese Sashimi Assorted Set刺身有5款,全部都十分新鮮,顏色亮麗,入口柔軟。當中吞拿魚及甜蝦尤其出色,吞拿魚油潤,肉質肥美。甜蝦十分鮮甜。香蒜牛舌($78)Beef Tongue with Garlic牛舌兩面香煎,帶很香牛味,有一定厚度,口感軟綿,加上香蒜十分惹味👅。唐揚炸雞($58)Deep Fried Chicken 炸雞調味不足,以致味道太淡, 有點可惜。但中間雞肉嫰滑多汁🍗,若能加點鹹味定必更出色。櫻蝦野菜天婦羅($90)Shrimp with Vegetable Tempura與想像中有頗大差別,將南瓜🎃、洋蔥等蔬菜🥬切碎混合後做成天婦羅,外層香脆,中間軟綿,有點像芋頭的口

刺身有5款,全部都十分新鮮,顏色亮麗,入口柔軟。當中吞拿魚及甜蝦尤其出色,吞拿魚油潤,肉質肥美。甜蝦十分鮮甜。

Shellfish Platter

店員會幫忙把所有海鮮燒好,服務很好呢🥰!
蠔重蠔味,厚肉大隻,非常鮮甜。
帆立貝和蜆較普通,肉質新鮮,但鮮味不突出。
鮑魚磯燒的時間掌握得很好👍🏻,外面有焦香,吃下去口感軟綿,鮮味突出🌊十分好吃。

野菜烏冬($68)
Hot Udan with Vegetables
幼身烏冬口感滑溜,份量十分多,雖然沒有肉類,只有椰菜和野菌做配菜,但清湯味道不錯🍲,熱騰騰的麵食很暖胃,讓人吃得十分舒服😌。
