好想食海鮮,所以今晚來到位於九龍城嘅蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋,聽聞店主經營海鮮批貨發多年,所以能夠搜羅最新鮮最抵嘅時令海鮮。職員先將我哋嘅食具用蒸氣鍋消毒一次,夠晒衛生。然後好耐心咁講解每個set有咩特點同有邊幾樣時令海鮮。最後我哋揀左$419 啲個套餐,包9樣海鮮同一個蔬菜籃,算係中價而又樣樣都有好豐富。基本上全程有職員侍奉,唔洗自己搞,職員會按著食材嘅味道由淺至濃,續一幫你蒸。因為唔同海鮮有唔同所需嘅時間(非常嚴謹😆),所以海鮮係續樣蒸,等你食完先蒸下一道,感覺好似食緊海鮮版fine dine而啲餐係有12個courses🤣🤣🤣以下係套餐有嘅內容:1. 野生日本大赤蝦2. 台灣九孔鮑魚3. 韓國釜山珍珠蠔4. 日本大元貝5. 大西洋活青口6. 加拿大翡翠螺7. 澳洲青年龍蝦8. 太平洋饅頭蟹9. 菲律賓大黃奄蟹10. 有機蔬菜籃基本上樣樣海鮮都咁正,唔單止夠新鮮夠鮮甜,海鮮都係選用入口靚貨而唔係本地平價貨。最重要一點係全程由職員監控,蒸嘅時間全部都係啱啱好,將海鮮最完美嘅一面呈現你面前。比起去西貢食海鮮大部分食材都經過烹調,蟹仙俾到你嘅就係「完汁完味」,甚至乎豉油都唔使點,食嘅就係海鮮最原始
