To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好想食海鮮,所以今晚來到位於九龍城嘅蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋,聽聞店主經營海鮮批貨發多年,所以能夠搜羅最新鮮最抵嘅時令海鮮。職員先將我哋嘅食具用蒸氣鍋消毒一次,夠晒衛生。然後好耐心咁講解每個set有咩特點同有邊幾樣時令海鮮。最後我哋揀左$419 啲個套餐,包9樣海鮮同一個蔬菜籃,算係中價而又樣樣都有好豐富。基本上全程有職員侍奉,唔洗自己搞,職員會按著食材嘅味道由淺至濃,續一幫你蒸。因為唔同海鮮有唔同所需嘅時間(非常嚴謹😆),所以海鮮係續樣蒸,等你食完先蒸下一道,感覺好似食緊海鮮版fine dine而啲餐係有12個courses🤣🤣🤣以下係套餐有嘅內容:1. 野生日本大赤蝦2. 台灣九孔鮑魚3. 韓國釜山珍珠蠔4. 日本大元貝5. 大西洋活青口6. 加拿大翡翠螺7. 澳洲青年龍蝦8. 太平洋饅頭蟹9. 菲律賓大黃奄蟹10. 有機蔬菜籃基本上樣樣海鮮都咁正,唔單止夠新鮮夠鮮甜,海鮮都係選用入口靚貨而唔係本地平價貨。最重要一點係全程由職員監控,蒸嘅時間全部都係啱啱好,將海鮮最完美嘅一面呈現你面前。比起去西貢食海鮮大部分食材都經過烹調,蟹仙俾到你嘅就係「完汁完味」,甚至乎豉油都唔使點,食嘅就係海鮮最原始

基本上樣樣海鮮都咁正,唔單止夠新鮮夠鮮甜,海鮮都係選用入口靚貨而唔係本地平價貨。最重要一點係全程由職員監控,蒸嘅時間全部都係啱啱好,將海鮮最完美嘅一面呈現你面前。比起去西貢食海鮮大部分食材都經過烹調,蟹仙俾到你嘅就係「完汁完味」,甚至乎豉油都唔使點,食嘅就係海鮮最原始的味道「鮮味」。

食完海鮮個湯底就變成粥。啲個粥底吸收晒所有海鮮嘅精華,鮮甜味爆登,同平時食嘅粥底火鍋完全係兩回事,真係好味到不得了!最後仲送上椰汁雪燕做甜品,為今餐海鮮盛宴畫上完美句號。

總結:價錢唔算平,食完個$419 set其實唔係好飽😅,不過啲餐係重質不重量,全部海鮮都係高質貨,以啲個價錢有咁多高質海鮮已經係超乎預期👍🏻👍🏻
