九龍城除咗泰國菜,其實仲有好多餐廳,上次經過九龍城廣場時見到呢間火鍋店,門口好大隻牛頭,叫牛精皇已經吸引左我目光,再上openrice睇有好多好評,所以今次黎開九龍城就決定食呢間。雖然呢間火鍋店主打食牛,仲有個牛精鍋,不過我比較鐘意清啲既湯底,所以揀左豆腐鮮魚湯鍋。豆腐鮮魚湯鍋 $168本來以為系普通預先用魚熬製出嚟既湯,原來系原條沙巴龍躉放上枱。等湯底滾起就可以原條放落去煮12-13分鐘。煮完原條拎返出嚟就食得,魚肉幾結實多肉。豆腐好滑,食左勁多舊!二人海鮮盛盒 $298盛盒會有6款新鮮生猛既海鮮,由廚房安排,今日既海鮮有:鮑魚、蟶子皇、海蝦、貴妃蚌、元貝、大沙白呢度有魚缸,所以啲海鮮拎上黎仲識郁!本地手切肥牛雙拼 $328聽到廚房入面既磨刀聲,就知真系即叫即切。雙拼有頸脊同肉眼邊,色澤紅潤,肉眼油脂分布幾平均,頸脊連筋,肉味幾重。頂級手切安格斯雪花肥牛 $1383款牛之中最愛呢款雪花肥牛,入口肉質夠軟嫩,無咩筋,牛肉味重。手打四寶丸 $108有蝦丸、墨丸、牛丸同鯪魚丸,最好食系蝦丸,非常彈牙!鮮蝦雲吞 $58半份有4粒,雲吞好似乒乓波禁大粒,入面幾多蝦肉。脆鯇魚片 $58魚肉幾爽口
