無論係咩天氣不時都會好想去打邊爐呢晚去九龍城食飯見到門頂有隻非常吸睛的牛頭加埋牛頭下的 “火鍋刺身專門店” 幾隻大字已經無睇餐牌就入咗去啦~老公睇完餐牌就二話不說點了2人份量的海鮮盛盒裡面有鮑魚、蟶子… 等等真係非常豐富不過佢話見我仲有點感冒未清哂就伴個清湯底就吓我味道真係好清甜肉質很彈牙雖然話有啲座位係比較貼但抽風方面都算唔錯都打得算舒服我哋仲點咗其他食物例如魚皮、芝士腸、花雕醉蝦… 等等真係食到 lam lam 脷😋 continue reading

見是牛肉火鍋專門店, 便 冒昧 訂座 和朋友試一試。 我見現場有幾枱都是熟客, 同老闆又講又笑, 而他們枱面上的 手切 牛肉肥瘦均勻, 色澤 看來也很 新鮮, 所以我和朋友也叫了一大碟。 誰不知我 們的牛肉質素只有三分一是和其他人一樣肥瘦均勻, 其他的三分二根本完全不同顏色, 乍看之下還以為是叫了牛肉拼盤, 以為那三分二 是其他的不同牛肉部位添! 其實 全碟都是同一款手切 牛肉來的!大家見圖便知真相!!所以奉勸大家, 如果不是有朋友是和老闆相熟的, 想試一試便要三思... 又或者當新一年考驗一下自己的運氣 能不能夠得到一碟全碟都是肥瘦均運的 牛肉 吧! continue reading

牛精皇 (九龍城)天氣咁凍最啱就係打邊爐🍲,今次嚟到九龍城呢間牛精皇!呢度淨係牛肉都有好多唔同部位嘅選擇😆 嗰日好好彩,有貓店主係隔離陪食😻😻!紅油皮蛋一嚟想食個前菜小食先!好欣賞上面個辣椒油,好香而且夠辣!清潤雪耳海底椰豬肺鍋今次想揀一個滋潤啲嘅湯底。雪耳、海底椰、豬肺絕對係清潤配搭,好清甜,四季都啱飲😍!二人海鮮盛盒一共有六款新鮮嘅海鮮,今次有:大沙白、鮑魚、海蝦、蟶子皇、元貝、貴妃蚌。全部都好鮮甜肥美,而且真係大大隻!二百幾蚊算係幾抵食😋!本地手切肥牛雙拼(頸脊+肉眼邊) 就咁擺盤賣相都已經好靚,頸脊比較有口感,牛味都比較濃,而肉眼邊就比較腍。頂級手切安格斯牛肉個人覺得呢一款牛最好食,肉質好腍,而且肥瘦適中,牛味都香濃!芝士墨丸+芝士蝦丸因為手打嘅關係,所以都好彈牙,墨魚丸仲好有口感,入面仲有釀住芝士,趁熱食仲有流心嘅效果😍!竹蔗茅根打邊爐最啱飲啦!清清甜甜又下火! continue reading
