無論係咩天氣不時都會好想去打邊爐呢晚去九龍城食飯見到門頂有隻非常吸睛的牛頭加埋牛頭下的 “火鍋刺身專門店” 幾隻大字已經無睇餐牌就入咗去啦~老公睇完餐牌就二話不說點了2人份量的海鮮盛盒裡面有鮑魚、蟶子… 等等真係非常豐富不過佢話見我仲有點感冒未清哂就伴個清湯底就吓我味道真係好清甜肉質很彈牙雖然話有啲座位係比較貼但抽風方面都算唔錯都打得算舒服我哋仲點咗其他食物例如魚皮、芝士腸、花雕醉蝦… 等等真係食到 lam lam 脷😋

見是牛肉火鍋專門店, 便 冒昧 訂座 和朋友試一試。 我見現場有幾枱都是熟客, 同老闆又講又笑, 而他們枱面上的 手切 牛肉肥瘦均勻, 色澤 看來也很 新鮮, 所以我和朋友也叫了一大碟。 誰不知我 們的牛肉質素只有三分一是和其他人一樣肥瘦均勻, 其他的三分二根本完全不同顏色, 乍看之下還以為是叫了牛肉拼盤, 以為那三分二 是其他的不同牛肉部位添! 其實 全碟都是同一款手切 牛肉來的!大家見圖便知真相!!所以奉勸大家, 如果不是有朋友是和老闆相熟的, 想試一試便要三思... 又或者當新一年考驗一下自己的運氣 能不能夠得到一碟全碟都是肥瘦均運的 牛肉 吧!

牠懶洋洋的坐到食客的椅子上, 為這個冷冬添上一分暖
而且牠好乖,不會搶食
可能食太飽了, 肚子都碰地地下了, 哈哈

食物質素方面, 整體都是滿意的
尤其是喜愛那個湯底, 下了大量的雞肉, 光是吃那個已經好飽了!
下次可以再約一大班朋友再來「滾一滾」!
