To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係銅鑼灣食晚飯除左貴,仲要有排等位。呢間甘味每次黎都唔洗等位,地方夠大唔洗搭枱,環境唔會太嘈,食物款式多,價錢又唔貴,所以一諗唔到食乜好,就求其黎呢到食。每次都會食佢嘅烏冬,雖然無乜特別,但每碗$5x-7x真係算抵食啦。以前會幾喜歡佢個蕃茄湯底,不過慢慢覺得普通湯底好似仲好味。豬手烏冬,$60好抵食,仲可以加$15有杯梳打,佢個青蘋果梳打都幾好飲。另外再加一碗燒青魚,但味道一般。之前試過佢嘅炸雞軟骨,除左舊炸粉大舊,肉同軟骨就得丁丁咁多,唔太推薦。
