To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週四下午,部門召開馬拉松式大會,嚴重over run,結果近八點半才散會。大病剛癒的我,早巳餓扁。於是趕回往所附近的食肆吃晚餐。幸好大家樂仍然有晚餐販賣,不用再吃那海皇粥店!點了客日式咖哩晚餐($34),約等候五分鐘才有得食。這份晚餐有「茶碗蒸」、「日式咖哩雞扒飯」、「凍紅豆抹茶」。「茶碗蒸」係好滑但沒什麼配料。「日式咖哩雞扒飯」係以日式蓋飯形式上桌,那咖哩汁係日式香濃帶甜,那日式炸雞扒係好香脆好好味。飯係珍珠米,份量偏少(可能係我太肚餓!?)。「凍紅豆抹茶」絕對係劣,紅豆量奇少,約一茶匙份量,抹茶粉亦下得小家氣子,整杯飲品好淡,連牛奶味都欠奉。劣劣劣!為了那塊炸雞排,我可能會吃這個餐!
