朋友帶我黎,呢間小店式但算high quality 同特別嘅日式餐廳,話好多菜色都唔係一般日本餐廳可以食到。朋友發板,首先係鐵盒燒牛蠔,有少少鮮少少咸,蠔肉燒過都仲好厚好大粒,加左拉克萊特芝士落3隻蠔,半溶口感更豐富更滑。和牛卡爾帕喬,係日式洋食屋常見嘅義大利前菜,肉嫩油香底下係洋蔥,中和滯膩,加上酸酸地嘅汁,幾醒胃。十貫壽司,比較鍾意拖羅同帶子,醋飯帶出鮮味,粘度大小適中。但最特別喜愛嘅都係另一款白姜醋鯖魚昆布,有益嘅昆布、薑、醋鯖魚,日式酸辣感豐富口,好好食~朋友就讚山芋明太子鐵板燒滿足哂佢對明太子嘅欲望,仲話呢度海鮮沙律夠大份,魚生粒都唔少,下次3個人食都得。睇Menu串燒唔貴又叫兩串食,串燒鹽味雞肝、串燒雞柳梅紫蘇,燒雞肉帶點紫蘇同梅酸味幾特別,雞肝咸香爽爽地又幾唔錯~
