住附近,一直見到餐廳「Uma Nota」門口圖畫好特別,諗緊個餐廳係食乜菜式,原來係主打日系巴西菜,見今日無煮飯,好奇不如試下呢個fusion日式巴西菜。叫咗個前菜,「燒椰菜花配純素香草沙律醬 Coliflor Assado」,我一直都好鍾意食燒/烤椰菜花扒,夠健康又飽肚代替澱粉質,呢個好大份,意外驚喜好鍾意佢個純素香草沙律醬少少辣少少酸,好味好開胃,推介。「壽司手卷拼盤 Nikini Rolls & Temaki」$280好多款,每樣兩件,抵食,揉合巴西及東瀛元素好特別;好鍾意個「蝦天婦羅,青瓜,辣芒果醬」,「炙燒三文魚配黑飛魚籽」,同「吞拿魚,醬油」。之前仲加咗個「炭燒肉眼扒配紫蘇鹽 File De Costela」,又係大份抵食。呢度日式巴西菜fusion好驚喜,調味少少辣少少酸,好適合夏天好開胃,推介!!
