係銅鑼灣美食林立既地方揾野食真係有啲困難,經朋友介紹,去到登龍街既一間日式餐廳花宵!首先叫左個花宵刺身拼盤,一共五款刺身包括油甘魚、帶子、獅魚、赤蝦同炙燒吞拿魚。吞拿魚一如既往咁好食,最有驚喜係油甘魚,非常新鮮肥美!之後店員推介今日新鮮貨日本白蝦,用炸的,可以連殼食,香脆可口。另外仲有磯燒帆立貝,帆立貝大大隻,連埋紫菜一齊食,好有日式風味!仲有叫左薄燒牛肉同𩶘魚湯烏冬,牛肉卷埋一齊食多汁,一啲都唔難咬~個烏冬𩶘魚湯好濃,聽店員講係好多客人會再返黎食呢個湯,師傅每日將𩶘魚煲幾個鐘先有呢個味道,真係好食到連湯都飲埋!最後叫埋個焦糖燒菠蘿,外脆內Juicy ,甜到入心!同埋仲有少少既Cheese cake,豐富嘅一餐!
