一直都好想食啲高質燒肉,經朋友推介,今次就嚟咗黃埔嘅呢一間日式燒肉店😍今日我哋book咗六點,估唔到入面已經好多人食緊😱所以入到去已經好香燒肉味~一係唔食,一係就食盡佢!我哋叫咗個黑毛和牛盛合 (雅) ($998)🥩上面寫住二人前,入面有鹽味牛舌、和牛腹前小排、黑毛和牛內橫隔膜、和牛西冷180G、特上牛胸腹肉同黑毛和牛上肋骨中肉😍一上枱已經急不及待好想食!最普通嘅特上牛胸腹肉都已經好好食~雖然油脂感唔係好重,但係好有牛味,肉質都幾有彈性~黑毛和牛內橫隔膜就會多多少少油脂,黑毛和牛上肋骨中肉係原條上,燒好再剪,所以肉會比較厚,但就會韌少少~牛舌係薄切,燒得啱啱好嘅話唔會韌,好好味👍而不分上下嘅會有和牛腹前小排同和牛西冷🤤🤤我鍾意和牛西冷,因為覺得佢肥瘦均勻,有油脂香,同時好濃嘅牛味😍男朋友就投腹前小排一票,因為佢真係超級勁油香!質感係比較淋身,可以話係入口即溶🤣食完好似唔係好夠喉,我哋再叫咗一個牛板腱肉 ($98)😆當然油花一定冇和牛咁靚,但係都算好好味😋質感同肉味都勝過好多平日食嘅燒肉🤣食燒肉一定要叫嘢飲🤣我哋叫咗一杯乳酸梳打 ($38) 同埋青森蘋果乳酸梳打 ($42),味道正常,幾

最後每人會有一客甜品,估唔到咁有心會有兩樣嘢😍一款係杏仁布甸,超級濃杏仁味,都好滑😋另一款係雲尼拿糯米糍,個皮薄而煙韌,好好味🤤
