To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為在傍邊的電影院看電影,在開場前剛好有時間,便進內吃過晚餐,是連鎖經營的出品,沒有說特別令人回味。在銅鑼灣來說,價格屬於便宜。點一款讚岐手打烏冬或井飯,便可以優惠價,加點小食、壽司、沙律及雪糕,適合想多試一些款式的我。據他們自己說,米是來自日本,是他們的賣點之一,但吃了壽司和手卷,也吃不出與平常壽司米的分別。我點了豬軟骨烏冬,烏冬尚試彈牙,湯底是日式昆布柴魚湯,但略嫌不足香濃及熱,只是常溫。豬軟骨也是普通貨色。這裡適合趕時間,沒有太多要求,是一個飽肚的選擇。
