星期三作為一個星期既中間,已經消耗左一半既精力,一定要食返美食為自己叉一叉電!今日就同朋一一齊去旺角行下順便又發掘下d新美食。活赤貝刺身赤貝一望就好吸引!帶橙紅色既赤貝身充滿水份,入口好滑身而咬落去貝身好爽脆。味道好清甜,帶住淡淡海水鹹香,鮮而不腥。極上北海道帶子丼滿瀉既三文魚籽配上大帆立貝既配搭已經引人注目!三文魚籽內既精華令鮮味倍增而且鹹香。壽司飯間滲透住魚籽既汁液,豪華又鮮味。鐵板牛油帶子帶子唔會煮得過老,咬入口中間帶子肉身不韌不柴。經牛油煮香過後吸晒醇香既牛油香,再配上甘甜既帶子香味變得濃郁又唔會過膩。明太子雞翼雞翼炸香香脆唔會油膩,外層加上少少白芝麻粒增加脆口感。內裏釀入微辛又帶有鹹鮮香既明子太增添風味,明太子混合雞翼內既雞汁令肉香味昇華更有層次。巨峰乳酸梳打乳酸梳打酸酸甜甜減輕油膩感,配上巨峰都唔會過份甜膩。
