To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次幫襯魚治,好喜歡保留日本屋酒屋風味。朋友有講過所有餐具、醬料等見都係日本運過來,都係間幾用心既餐廳。兩次黎叫左個蔬菜籃食,新鮮空運蔬菜配埋個蟹膏汁點,真係好正。仲有呢個燒魚刺身,店員會係你面前燒個刺身。當你食個時會食到少少焦香味,配上月見點送酒都唔錯。仲叫左好多其他野食,如新鮮鮮味嘅刺身,外脆內軟嘅豆腐,用黎配飯燒原條明太子等。但好可惜兩次黎都食唔到個雪糕三文治。店員話因為返唔到日本嘅麵包,所以冇得賣。唯有睇下下次有冇緣食到啦。最後魚治除左有好野食,仲有表演用禾稈草燒魚。燒完仲每枱送俾你食,總括黎講係一個幾好嘅用餐體驗。
