放假啦!身邊朋友都必問:「會飛邊?」我每次都傷心地回:「沒有地方飛!」的確好想飛日本,可惜時間、金錢都令我卻步!未能出發,只好安排吃多幾餐我最愛的廚師發辦代替,開心指數都不少呀!今晚就訂了位於九龍城的北斗,期待!一拉開門就見到牆上那隻巨大的彩雀,好吸睛!接着就聽到幾聲清脆的雀聲,好有心思!店子位置不多,只有一張L型吧枱,正好讓師傅們關顧每一個客人。晚巿廚師發辦有兩選擇,正正是店名,北North($980)和斗Tussle ($1380)。我選了後者,有先付、前菜、清湯、刺身、串揚、燒物、食事和甜品,非常豐富。***********************先付是富山灣芥末八爪魚,切成小粒,爽身鮮味,帶少少芥末辛辣,刺激味蕾,好的開始。***********************接着前菜,北海道鮑魚加了小黃菊花瓣和紫蘇花芯,賣相很優美。鮑魚已切成一片片,方便進食。鮑魚刺身入口冰涼,肉質又爽脆又鮮味,師傅加了少許柚子酸汁,酸咪咪,好fresh!***********************蜆清湯以一個日式茶壺配功夫杯盛載上枱,好有特色。一揭開蓋子,陣陣鮮香,湯身好清晰,見到大大隻的蜆肉和一
