今晚朋友聚會,講下想食特色日本野,特登過來北斗,細細間唔會太嘈,又幾有情調。顧客坐Bar枱可以觀看著廚師製作食物,幾chill。今日食左好多特別菜式。清湯(壺裝)日本人飲湯鍾意倒落迷你杯飲。個湯勁清甜,亦有配料。冷盤:生魚軟骨配青瓜將軟骨醬均勻咁放落青瓜片🥒,味道鹹香👅,因有軟骨碎口感嗦嗦聲。素菜六品盛盒(廚師發板)用木盤奉上,賣相勁靚。炸完色澤好靚,但唔好似外面食個d咁厚皮。個人偏愛舞松茸同冬菇,外皮好脆內面軟軟的。海膽魷魚圈卷:細細粒但超好食🤤,外面魷魚圈質感好軟,海膽入口即溶,兩者好夾。 鹿兒島黑毛豬鞍(原隻):原隻好大隻,大過塊臉。黑毛豬鞍外皮都係好薄身,通常厚身/大隻都會怕整得太熟肉質好鞋,依到炸得剛剛好好冧身,肉質帶點脂肪好軟屬。三色刺身盛(三文魚🍣、帆立貝、深海池魚):刺身切得厚身。溫度保持凍著口感好正,而且唔會食到任何渣/筋。極上刺身杯(三文魚、赤身、帶子、三文魚子:細細杯但全部都係精華,正👍!大拖羅(紫菜包著):用手握著大口咬著,魚肉一咬即溶。其他:七味魚翅三文魚 明太子南高梅茶漬飯時令水果配日本雪葩

今日又去九龍城搵食九龍城除咗泰國嘢食之外,而家真係有好多日本餐廳好好食今日我同朋友就食左北斗,之前試過佢既質素好高,對刺身好講究我非常難忘以下兩個嘢食Omakase 刺身-深海池魚,肉質緊緻,細膩滑嫩,非常鮮甜,真係令人一試難忘,十分出色日本地蛤清湯: 湯頭清澈,鮮甜而不膩,蛤蜊的鮮美與湯頭配合得好好,每一口都有濃郁的海洋風味。整體來說,北斗的Omakase體驗無疑是味覺上的盛宴,推薦給所有熱愛日本料理的朋友

九龍城除左泰國菜和潮州菜之外,食居酒屋or日本料理都有幾多選擇北斗主要做串揚既,廚師會係客人逐一炸制,令到食物保持新鮮。今次獨食,所以點得唔多,主要喺呢幾樣千兩茄子串外皮幾柔軟,連皮炸制都唔會話好粗糙茄肉甘甜肥厚,口感juicy,蔬菜黎講幾高質日本馬糞海膽配炸紫菜炸紫菜既酥脆+鮮甜既海膽,我覺得如果喺海膽控可以點!炸紫菜加左啲口感,食落有唔同層次既鮮味時令活蠔配柚子啫喱柚子啫喱提升左生蠔既鮮味,蠔好似手掌咁大,帶有少少海水味

我有個朋友係九龍城地膽,今日約咗佢食飯,就同佢講我想食日本嘢,於是佢就提議我嚟呢間,結果真係有驚喜,如果唔係有熟人帶,真係未必識得嚟。呢度門面好特別,感覺真係去咗日本。今日叫咗幾樣嘢都覺得好出色,最鍾意嘅就海膽魷魚卷,本身兩樣嘢我都鍾意,魷魚口感夠爽,加埋Creamy嘅海膽,呢個組合真係一流!芥末醬雞胸肉串芥末味夠刺激,雞肉亦都好嫩滑,當然啦芥末唔會過多,所以食落係有一陣辣辣甜甜嘅口感,幾刺激!然後朋友就推介話一定要叫呢度嘅時令活蠔配有馬山,真係超大隻又肥美!青森大間鮪魚盛都係另外一樣,我覺得勁好食嘅嘢,種類又多,而且好新鮮,用嚟打卡真係好吸睛
