To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實牛頭角地鐵站行出海皮附近，多了很多新商厦，餐廳種類多，而且環境舒服優静，今晚想吃潮州食品，這店號之前在荃灣光顧過，集團式靠得住😃😄服務員👨‍💼👩‍💼很欣勤有禮，有問有答，又會推介菜式，有種被捧著的感覺，太好了☺椒鹽鵝下巴🦤决意選這下酒菜, 外面很難找到，因為平時都是吃鴨下巴，不是在潮州菜館，那有這麼多鵝呢？😆Wooh, 大大枝鵝下巴，椒鹽份量剛剛好，而且包裹著下巴肉，遠遠已嗅到香味，外型討好没話說, 相比鴨子，肉厚更多，更為有嚼勁, 朋友第一次吃，都不禁邊吃邊讚呢🤩😍😍配上藍妹大支啤酒🍻優惠價＄22蚊，超抵飲! 喝一口冰凍啤酒，再配一口鵝下巴肉，真無比幸福，呵呵😝😝😝滷水鵝四併盤🥗四併包括滷水鵝片，雞蛋，紅腸，豆腐，還有五花腩，太好了，賺咗1款，共五併呢👍👍👍😄集團經營，水準達標有保障，滷水汁不會過咸，但又每件都入味，搞到我吃過不停😋😋😋半煎煮黃花魚🐟🐡🐠有3款魚🐟🐡🐠任你選擇，還有䱽魚及馬友，今次吃黃花，貪佢肉質嫩滑，煎封完令魚身硬直，d肉無咁易碎開，而且入味更香濃，再以芹菜，葱段和白蘿蔔條炆煮，加入少許調味醬汁回封，魚的鮮味被鎖住，好正啊💞💯
