To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同父母試過晚飯知道早茶都係免茶免加一,今次就約老公、奶奶嚟飲早茶,早茶時間比一般酒樓遲,10點開始(岩晒我可以睏晏d))),而且大、中、小點一律6折,非常抵食呢個價錢係銅鑼灣少有因為抵食,所以十點已經坐滿人,最好十點前來拎位野菌蒸魚肚有三大塊魚好入味滑雞銀絲卷睇賣相以為係鮮竹卷,入面有雞肉、粉絲等,味道和雞絲粉卷差不多,只是外層換了外層金醬炸鯪魚球炸得不夠脆豉味蒸排骨蒜味豆豉味夠特出,但是豬肉比較淋格子紅白腸紅色是紅米腸,很滑水晶海鷗餃皮薄餡料多,有蝦和白菜家鄉脆芋餅有驚喜,外型好似煎薄撐,好多芋頭粒配蔥粒,奶奶喜歡芋頭所以吃了很多,如果再煎脆一點就更好玲瓏野菌餃菌味很香濃三人吃了8樣點心,吃多少收多少,6折後每人約50蚊,超值!
