To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為要同姨媽睇戲(時代)所以就睇睇有乜中菜!老實都諗住時代嘅餐廳一定貴啲架啦,但見佢係稻香集團,同埋啲食評都話晤係好貴,早茶時段又有折(10-12)總括食物賣相、味道、服務都好好!下次會再黎試晚市(有散叫又有套餐)太子鮑魚酥 (每件計)個鮑魚大約5蚊咁大金沙脆皮腸粉 問個伙記佢話個皮紅色係因為加咗“紅米”去搓腸粉皮,佢英文寫係 salted egg yolk 但晤係好食到咸蛋味,但個皮係好滑!👍🏻脆皮腐皮卷 真係好脆但又晤油!👍🏻 係蝦肉做涵麻辣口水雞(有骨) 花生醤味好重,完全晤“麻辣”,一隻雞脾加多幾件雞胸。晤算係嫩滑鮑汁扣凰爪 個汁好夠味好黐口👌🏻,但啲鳳爪完全晤冧 😣另外小心睇清楚點心紙有啲係要(一件件)咁剔,好似蝦餃咁,以為要一件件叫係因為大粒啲,但又晤係喎只係普通size??
