To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早茶應7點多,但瞓晏當然要揾開得晏的地方飲早茶。 銅鑼灣10點時間係無咩人,最合適。安格斯牛肉腸粉,係唔錯,可惜老人家牙力唔夠,咬唔到。都係傳統牛腸合適一家大細。合桃包 餡料似五仁月餅,有合桃,果仁及冬瓜蓉咁一口潮州粉果 好味$11一隻蝦餃,無想像中好食。勝在環境舒服,人唔多可以輕鬆飲早茶。
