To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「熱咖啡呀，味覺很劉華，我真是好奇炸魚柳呀，一直人氣高企」今日要上慈雲山，上山前先食早餐～我同山友仔叫左兩份早餐，第一個係英式早餐。呢個早餐真係好豐富，有厚多士、煙肉、豬肉腸、煎蛋同烤櫻桃番茄。厚多士香脆外脆內軟，煙肉煙香味好濃郁，豬肉腸彈牙又多汁。煎蛋煮得剛剛好，金黃色嘅蛋黃流出嚟好吸引。烤櫻桃番茄加咗烤過味更濃郁，口感酸甜又多汁。整體嚟講，英式早餐係一份豐盛又美味嘅選擇～正 第二份就係炸魚柳早餐。呢個早餐都好吸引，有嘅配料同上面一樣，炸魚柳外脆內嫩，魚肉鮮美好滋味。炒蛋煮得軟熟滑嫩，整體嚟講，炸魚柳早餐好開胃又美味，上山前岩曬~
