To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢餐早餐,貴得無道理﹗雖然該日係佛誔,但食店竟把一個20多蚊的早餐,加到$42,則有點兒過份﹗火腿蛋治加飲品都要$34。小妹與友坐下,一見餐牌,就o咀,想走人,waiter企係側邊,又覺唔好意思,只好眼望望。剛巧,又下傾盆大雨,只好焗住叫嘢食。雞翼米配熱朱古力、炸菜肉絲米配熱擰水、火腿煎雙蛋米配熱奶茶屬一般茶餐廳貨色,無甚特別。不過,d米粉同坊間唔同,色澤較透明、質地柔韌、爽口富彈性,水煮不糊湯。
