朋友心血來潮話要一盅兩件…於是我就提議去老志號大榮華…因為之前食過晚飯小菜…非常好味…估唔到星期六8點左右都唔駛等位…雖說大榮華有多年歷史…但亦改變了不少…至少無左手推點心車…當然我首推招牌馬拉糕…可是比起點一大籠即蒸既質素有點距離…無咁熱同鬆軟…唔會係隔夜掛……?呢碟比一般點心size為大…有牛肚牛筋蘿蔔…蘿蔔唔苦無渣…又好入味…牛肚牛筋都好夠腍…牛筋仲要係一大舊果d…係超級豐富既骨膠原呢…牛肉配在腸粉上…一向都比較出味…牛肉好足料又唔韌…無鬆肉粉味…魚肚比較乾身同硬…d汁完成滲唔到入去…所以唔係咁好食…牛栢葉係米白色…無特別漂白過…味道ok...鳳爪夠入味同腍…應該都無咩難度…至於蓮藕餅就出奇地香脆…原來表皮加左塊薄皮…兩面包住黎煎…而蓮藕混有豬肉碎…所以咁香…蝦餃正常size...每粒都包有3隻小蝦…一般新鮮而已…晚飯同點心食既野都唔同…唔知廚師會會都唔同呢?!對比起來…點心就較為遜色…
