環境:算幾大,寬敞,裝修模仿番日式元素:有日式燈籠、poster。窗口位設有較私人既日式居酒屋卡位,望住窗境吹水談心幾好。冷烏冬:賣相有驚喜! 冷烏冬旁邊擺放左一隻生嘅鵪鶉蛋,作為一個裝飾,而且竟然有生蛋可以加埋一齊食,而生蛋、Wasabi、豉油蔥花加埋一齊,令到個醬濃厚左、好滑、又有蛋味!特別!醬油七味燒左口魚邊壽司:火炙啲魚油出晒黎,加埋醬油甜甜地做調味,燒完好香!左口魚好嫩、滑入口溶化!烏賊壽司:新鮮、鮮甜嫩滑,新鮮黏口漿口感!慢慢成個口都係烏賊嘅味道!回味!牛油果軟殼蟹卷:軟殼蟹新鮮炸好!脆卜卜,有肉,唔係剩係得個殼,加埋牛油果沙律醬完美配合,唔會好’溜‘,好快想趁熱食晒佢!刺身拼盤(松):正赤蝦:大隻鮮甜,重蝦味!海膽包配紫菜:唔錯!油甘魚&吞拿魚:厚切,口感嫩!高質三文魚腩:本身都好鐘意食魚腩,比較肥!好濃魚油香!好味!照燒魷魚筒: 熱喇喇燒好!魷魚大條,厚肉燒得剛好,唔會好乾!醬油加芝麻好香甜!香草燒雞翼: 好細心,將雞翼切開攤開,咁薄燒既好處係表面面積多左、燒得均勻易熟、燒多左地方,而且香草更入味!總結:本身自己覺得係旺角食日本野,好大機會都出事,所以我本身

總結:本身自己覺得係旺角食日本野,好大機會都出事,所以我本身期望唔大,但呢間日本料理餐廳令我改觀,原來旺角都有高質既日本餐廳😛 都會帶其他朋友去食~因爲地點又方便~正👍🏻
