To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟緊聖誕節想同主子食聖誕大餐嘅話🍽️，好推介大家嚟呢間係旺角T.O.P商場5樓嘅西餐廳！室內同户外都有聖誕樹同佈置🎄，甜品仲可以預先order畫碟服務🎂，仲附送仙女棒蠟燭，真係夠哂打卡able阿😍！

🦪法國生蠔 5隻 $310
蠔肉新鮮肥美，入口有海水鮮味🌊，口感清新爽脆帶甜味❤️。

🍞海膽多士 4件$258
上次食過覺得好好食，今次再叫多次😍！水準仍然高質，海膽份量多同新鮮鮮甜💯，配上烘到微脆嘅一齊多士食，食完好滿足！

未飲已經聞到好香嘅洋蔥味🧅！湯裏面有好多炒過嘅洋蔥，味道香濃同飲到洋蔥嘅甜味。

鮑魚咬落去非常彈牙，醬汁鮮甜香濃，煮得好入味阿！伴碟嘅蘿蔔亦都好入味，口感軟腍😍。

✨主菜：豬斧頭扒配焦糖蘋果
豬斧頭扒煎香後仍然保持到肉汁💦，厚肉得嚟又嫩滑，配上酸甜嘅焦糖蘋果醬🍎，清新開胃中和豬肉嘅膩感👍🏻。伴碟嘅薯蓉好creamy同幼滑🥔！

呢個性價比都幾高，菠菜苗份量好多🥬，口感幼嫩配上香濃帶有奶香味嘅忌廉汁食🥛，我地兩個都好鐘意食阿！

✨甜品：甜品拼盤 +$68
有士多啤梨慕絲蛋糕🍰、布朗尼蛋糕🍩、特濃朱古力🍫、杏仁朱古力🍫同開心果雪糕🍨，完全可以滿足晒甜品控阿🥰！

甜品可以同店員要求寫字服務✍🏻，適合慶祝日子或者生日🎉。椰子雪芭用椰子殼容器上碟，雪芭口感幼滑而且有濃濃嘅椰子香味🤍！

結合芒果🥭、橙🍊、菠蘿汁🍍同梳打🥤而製成，飲落香甜嘅芒果味較突出✨，加咗梳打喺裏面令味道更清爽。
