To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日同朋友去旺角探店時，發現咗美食【盈館】，一入到去就見到滿滿嘅人潮，幸好位置夠多，有我哋嘅位✌🏼嗰【晶瑩鮮蝦餃】，鮮甜多汁，餡料好多，餃子皮仲係薄薄薄一層，食起嚟特別爽口😍仲有朋友點嘅【懷舊燒賣王】，滿滿嘅肉餡，一口咬落去，肉汁喺口中溢出，真係太美味啦😋仲有多數人枱上必有嘅【雪花墨西哥叉燒餐包】，外皮爽口酥脆，帶有香味，叉燒甜而不膩，咬起嚟特別有嚼勁🥰鍾意食蝦嘅絶對唔可以錯過【鮮蝦蒜香脆春卷】，第一口就爆滿咗蒜香味，仲有外脆內熱嘅春卷，配埋蝦嘅鮮味，真係太好食啦😋我同朋友喺店度食得讚唔絶口👍仲約好下次要再嚟嚐試呢度其他嘅美食😋
