金鳳大餐廳 (3/4/2024)今日同朋友係旺角行街睇戲,到食晚飯時間,旺角區真係好多食市,我朋友就介紹我去食西式大餐,這間餐廳叫做金鳳大餐廳,位於太子荔枝角道102號金鳳樓地舖,港鐵太子站C2出口,行幾分鐘就到,非常方便。朋友話這間餐廳預計要等一陣位,真係我哋未行到去餐廳離遠已經見到好多人係門口等緊,後生仔居多,攞飛後大約等咗20分鐘就有枱比我哋。餐廳環境好似舊式經典扒房,有水吧、經典卡位,仲有紅磚佈置,有濃厚舊香港風味及懷舊港西式風格,座位坐得舒適,牆上仲掛上左唔少嘅之前報紙,報道都讚這間餐廳扒房好好食,而餐廳店員都好友善,態度好好,令人感到好舒服,因為有好多款扒可以選擇,店員就好主動咁介紹俾我聽,唔同肉類既特質,最後我就揀左美國德州頂級西冷餐,店員仲好細心推介揀5成熟。隨餐附送餐湯、餐包同飲品,先來餐湯同餐包,員工超快手拿來最傳統餐包,而個餐包暖暖地好鬆軟,搽完啲牛油秒速咁溶哂,令人食得好滿足,上完餐包嘅下一秒就上埋碗餐湯,餐湯可選羅宋湯或忌廉湯,我就選咗羅宋湯,羅宋湯非常足料,有非常多蔬菜、洋蔥同少少肉粒。味道唔會話好辣,只不過有少少辣味,好足料而且味道同個餐包一齊食仲好正。美

美式鐵板扒餐上枱後,員工會問你想要咩汁,我就揀左黑椒汁,淋醬汁當下,醬汁與鐵板融合產生嘅滋滋喳喳聲伴隨肉味香氣,呼喚食客既開胃味道,員工更表示醬汁可以及後任加,等食客可以自由調整合適既口味,塊西冷牛扒大大塊,5成熟岩岩好,切開無血水,咬落牛肉優質鮮嫩,每一口都好有口感,牛肉帶嚼勁,好好食,5成熟嘅熟度保留住啲肉汁,啲肉汁就慢慢傾出黎,令人嘴齒留香,每一口肉都食得好享受,而且美式扒餐牛扒係冇醃製過,牛味重一點,口感更加出眾,配菜仲有翠玉瓜同薯條,好感滿足。而飲品方面,我點咗經典港式飲品凍檸茶,飲嘅凍檸茶都好解渴,好夾食扒餐,清新怡人。

我朋友就選咗豬扒焗意粉,佢成日都來食扒餐,所以今次話想試食其他嘅食物,豬扒焗意粉都唔錯,豬扒意粉份量夠哂多超大碟,入面仲有洋蔥同蕃茄,豬扒都非常大件,而且還十分嫩滑,最後配上濃濃嘅蕃茄汁意粉,味道令人非常開胃,啲意粉味道是舊式茶餐廳蕃茄意粉嘅味道,沒有改變,味道唔錯,意粉口感方面不淋不硬,好有水準。

這間傳統老餐廳的食物質素很高,令人食得好滋味,又好抵食,價錢唔貴,好值得推薦俾大家去試一下。
