To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友最近推介性價比好高既盈館，佢係旺角既創興廣場。點心好味又多款，所以我同家姐立即訂位同爸媽去試試啲點心🧧首先食頭蒜虎皮尖椒🫑，外觀非常精緻，賣相都已經令人流晒口水。椒皮酥脆，內裡鮮嫩多汁，配上頭蒜的濃郁香氣，口感十分豐富。再來，手打順德鯪魚球🐡，魚肉鮮嫩，入口散發陣陣既魚香味，相當好味，口感彈牙豐富，值得一試👍🏻仲有，北菇棉花雞🐥，淨係大大舊冬菇都已經賞心悅目。啲雞肉仲非常軟綿，每一啖都好滿足🤞🏻跟住有金蒜陳醋拍青瓜🥒，青瓜清爽脆嫩，搭配金蒜同陳醋組合，味道獨特又開胃。每食落去都能感受金蒜蒜香氣同陳醋既酸甜，令人口感舒爽。青瓜吸收哂陳醋鮮味，令整個菜色更加開胃😌最後有避風塘脆茄🍆，茄子外脆內嫩，口感勁正。經過炒煮後既茄子保持左脆度，食起來好香脆可口。避風塘獨特調味令茄子更加香辣，帶有微妙辣椒同蒜香味，令人回味無窮🥳超級美味嘅中菜，爸媽話下星期再飲茶😈
