To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

盈館位於旺角創興廣場7樓，假日中午前來座無虛席，人氣鼎盛。今次點了—🍤一口鮑魚燒賣碩大飽滿的燒賣，上方放了一粒鮑魚。鮑魚口感彈牙，燒賣相當紮實，味道不過不失。🍤晶瑩鮮蝦餃鮮蝦餃外皮薄，裡面塞了一整尾鮮蝦，外皮與鮮蝦都非常有彈性。味道很清爽。🍤芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷炸得金黃酥脆，口感層次豐富。裡面蝦肉好多，帶點芝士香氣，熱辣辣很燙口。🍤原汁鮮蝦腸外皮帶點厚度，裡面包著巨大的鮮蝦，腸粉很有彈性，蝦肉新鮮美味。🍤上湯蝦球燴伊麵數個碩大蝦球，配上少許花椰菜，鋪在份量十足的伊麵上。麵條吸飽湯汁，帶點奶油香氣，口感柔軟溫潤，味道相當出色。份量較適合三五好友一齊分享。
