To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違早上的時間來到旺角飲茶,今次來到這間位於旺角創興廣場7樓的盈館。座位很闊落,我們也坐得很舒服。今次叫了六樣點心,包括鮮蝦菜苗餃,脆網金鈎銀羅腸,脆皮鮮蝦餃,櫻花蝦煎薄罉,懷舊乾蒸牛肉燒賣和一口鮑魚燒賣。款式有很多的選擇,有傳統的點心,也有比較新式的點心。例如脆皮鮮蝦餃,第一次吃這樣的蝦餃,蝦餃外皮炸得很香口,很脆,很好味,而裏面的蝦也很大粒。一口鮑魚燒賣也是他們很推薦的,鮑魚配合燒賣配搭很新鮮,而且鮑魚味道也很濃郁。脆網金鈎銀羅腸皮薄餡靚,腸粉很滑,而裏面也炸得很鬆脆。菜苗餃和蒸牛肉燒賣也是飲茶必叫的,分量很大粒。櫻花蝦煎薄罉煎得很香口,很大塊。
