To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過質素都唔錯，再帶屋企人嚟呢間中菜廳，環境都坐得幾舒服。椒鹽魷魚鬚 陳醋雲耳先嚟個椒鹽魷魚鬚，炸粉夠晒酥脆，魷魚鬚夠大條，唔會𡁻橡筋😋雲耳爽口，少少酸辣酸辣，開胃。翡翠炒蝦仁蝦仁大大隻，好爽口👍🏻蜜糖豆爽脆，燈籠椒爽甜，幾有鑊氣😋濃湯花膠翅雖然翅就唔多，但係都有好多花膠條，整體唔錯，湯頭好濃郁😋蠔皇鮑魚扣花菇鮑魚煮得入味，爽得嚟又軟又滑😋花菇夠晒厚肉，爽滑👍🏻招牌銅盤生煎雞呢個雞香口惹味，有啲鹽焗沙薑味，肉質爽嫩，吸收晒墊底嘅薑粒、蒜頭、洋蔥、嘅香味，仲有啲蘑菇片添😋蒜蓉炒時蔬呢個清清地炒菜白菜仔，炒得幾有鑊氣，蒜蓉幾香。最後一定要食埋大大個嘅蛋黃蓮蓉壽桃包，配埋紅豆沙，大家都食得好滿足😋
