To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次食完T.O.P.的Lab Eat後,今日朋友提議再去,於是我們再次光顧。喜歡這裡的氣氛,有室內和室外坐位,店員服務更是一流,熱情殷勤。今天我們選擇食這個Dinner SetFive Course Dinner Set Menu $458 Per Person餐前麵包 - 有驚喜,紫色麵包內有紅豆,很吸引,夠熱之余,外脆肉鬆軟,滿分。新鮮生蠔(2隻) - 來自法國,夠大隻,鮮甜味美,配上两款醬汁,蘸上一點更有風味。海膽香蒜多士. 煙三文魚露筍卷及鮑魚帶子他他擺盤精緻漂亮,中間看似蛋黃的是芒果的分子料理;煙三文魚露筍卷有煙燻香的三文魚和爽嫩的露筍口感;海膽多士吸引,海膽creamy味道鮮甜,加上多士的口感十分不錯;鮑魚帶子他他帶點微辣特調醬汁幾夾,中間還散放著蜜糖合桃,整體搭配新鮮。精選廚師餐湯 - 海鮮蔬菜薯蓉湯,足料夠濃稠,有飽足感。Main Course炭燒澳洲M4和牛小排(200g)要了Midium的牛小排,炭燒火喉正好,外面有炭燒的焦香,切開裡面粉嫩,肉汁溢出,而且肉質帶點彈性又不韌,很有口感,十分滿意這道牛小排。傳統油封有機法國鴨髀鴨髀油潤吸引,外皮出奇的酥脆,真的很邪惡,

鴨髀油潤吸引,外皮出奇的酥脆,真的很邪惡,擺盤精緻,两款醬汁用波波型的圖案呈現,很吸睛。鴨髀下是紫薯蓉和露荀。鴨髀肉鮮嫩入味,配上两款醬汁更有風味。
