To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對華星冰室既印象就係記得佢係一間明星冰室,不過從來都未試過去食佢既嘢,咁啱係筲箕灣同朋友一齊等緊人,有啲時間之下就決定去試下。星期六晏晝一點幾,見到門口都唔少人,都要等7 8個人,都有啲卻步,不過行近啲就見到條龍都郁得幾快,咁就決定等埋佢。入到去坐發現好多都係年輕既一家大細,睇嚟大家都係住呢度既街坊或者去附近郊遊既人。呢度同X牛一樣,一樣要搭枱同每個人都係食常餐,所以都跟風要左個常餐。常餐係包一個叉燒意粉(轉左做通粉)、牛油多士、火腿煎蛋(轉左炒蛋)同嘢飲。叉燒通粉既話其實都只係見到兩三舊叉燒仔沉左係底,料唔係太足,味道都係正正常常。而火腿炒蛋既蛋都係較滑,呢個唔錯,但係如果要同_牛比較,個人會認為_牛既滑蛋會更重奶味同再滑啲。而牛油多士唔會太脆,牛油味足,包都較厚,大路味道。總括嚟講,佢既常餐係正正常常,但係如果下次再要排咁長條隊既情況之下,我諗我會選擇其他茶記。
