To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老字號茶餐廳...當年很多明星、歌星來光顧👩‍🎤🧑‍🎤店名與當年一間唱片公司一樣...來到華星冰室,當然要食它的招牌港式奶茶及嫩滑炒蛋多士。奶茶☕️用了黑白淡奶,所以份外香甜滑口,加上茶奶是黃金比例,沒有加白糖也很好飲。炒滑蛋 + 牛油多士,多士烤至外酥內軟,裏面塗上一層牛油,夾在一起食很滋味😋😋。火腿通粉的亮點是湯底,味道濃郁之餘,帶有清雞湯味。來這裏的客人大都是想尋回傳統港式茶餐廳風味。雖然食物種類不多,但勝在貴精不貴多,好味又平民價,所以每日都吸引不少食客。

來到華星冰室,當然要食它的招牌港式奶茶及嫩滑炒蛋多士。奶茶☕️用了黑白淡奶,所以份外香甜滑口,加上茶奶是黃金比例,沒有加白糖也很好飲。
