To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大安茶冰廳現正舉行《留下雅坐》塵阿力作品展。牆上掛滿了很多在茶餐廳取景的港產片電影插畫。有卡位還放了Maggie和姜濤的膠板人像，坐在那裏就像進入了電影的世界，和他們一起嘆茶。一場來到這家懷舊茶餐廳風格的cafe, 當然想試他們的咖啡和蛋撻，叫$58的套餐就兩樣都有🥧經典焦糖流心：這裏的蛋撻比一般茶餐廳高身，曲奇撻底夠簿夠鬆化，厚厚的蛋撻饀夠滑夠蛋香，焦糖流心糖漿不會太甜，令味道更有層次🥧港式奶茶：濃濃的茶香，所以是顏色深得有道理。牛奶藏在底下的流心，奶味和茶味在舌尖融為一體🍹薄荷朱啡：奶泡上浮著一片薄荷葉，賣相不錯。味道就是薄荷朱古力咖啡，清新冰涼但濃郁香滑的感覺，很適合乍涼還熱的深秋（這個跟餐要加$6）☕️Cappuccino: 奶泡綿滑咖啡香濃。拉花是一隻小柴犬，可愛極了。P.S. 星期日將近5:00pm 去到，繁忙時間想坐Maggie/姜濤對望位的可能性是零。但坐到6:00人潮已漸散，是可以在走過去打卡P.P.S. 展期至2024年1月7日
