To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星幕 半自助晚餐

家人好多喺5月份生日，第一站在將軍澳星幕餐廳。餐廳在酒店最高層好細，幸好枱之間的距離都算舒服。遲了訂枱所以安排近食物台附近，食物台上有沙律和甜品自助餐，選擇很少但總算齊備，有不同沙律菜跟汁醬配搭，也有西式的沙律和煙三文魚 芝士碟等，有小碟的炸帶子味道都不錯。跟住另一邊就係甜品有約10款甜品，約六款蛋糕類和各式馬卡龍，有水果沙律，選擇不多都叫齊備。我就揀選吃沙律吧收費@＆228+合理，只可惜沒有餐飲有點小家，應該當一個套餐供應咖啡茶會比較好。 家人就點了主菜牛扒五成熟，來到已有七分熟味道有點過了，不太好吃，春雞反而有點驚喜味道好。餐廳可考慮播一些柔和音樂令環境更舒服，其實眼見職員好多但都不是太主動做招呼，叫了添水就只為我，服務方面有待改善。外面有個露天露台適合大家出外飲住遠眺附近樓景和對面景色，一個很舒服的地方。整體餐廳食物水準有待改善，服務亦希望殷勤，多貼心服務。
