To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大頭小廚，位於西貢萬年街17號地下。 小店場內不算多位，星期日中午去食午餐🥢 ～ 焗豬扒飯$60、涼瓜排骨炒河$62、千島醬吞拿魚三文治$33、凍奶茶$24、凍奶茶$2(跟餐價) 和茶走(跟餐)。 ▫️焗豬扒飯 ～ 豬扒冇味道， 仲要好燶。 ▫️涼瓜排骨炒河 ～ 味道正常， 份量多。 ▫️千島醬吞拿魚三文治 ～ 凍冰冰，唔好食。 ▫️茶走 ～ 煉奶偏少，所以好淡。 ▫️凍奶茶 ～ 奶茶味道一般。 個人感覺一般般， 性價比都唔算高。 🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。
