- 趁著Weekend就周圍行下,今次黎到科學園,發現都唔少有氣氛既餐廳,於是入左呢間睇落最靚既。- 上網一查,原來呢間餐廳源於蓋塔里,法國西南部巴克斯地區,而且小有名氣,當地餐廳仲獲得米芝蓮一星評價。- 餐廳裝修簡約,光線充足,樓底極高,菜式精美,擺盤精緻,味道一流!- Set Dinner有好多選擇,每款都睇落唔錯。- 餐包非常鬆軟,配既仲要唔係普通牛油,而係Anchovy aioli,即係自製既鯷魚醬。味道帶有鹹香,但唔會搶走麵包香氣。- Starters就簡左Salmon Rillettes with French Baguette🥖,即係三文魚醬法式多士。呢款三文魚味好香,食落唔會太膩,配搭烘烤過既法包,同清新既沙律🥗,食完特別開胃。- 另一款係Foie Gras Crème Brûlée,做法同傳統Crème Brûlée類近,但用料就極之唔同。佢表面有無花果醬同脆脆焦糖面,而內裏就係好Rich好Creamy既法式鵝肝醬,味道鹹甜交融,甘香順滑。再配以脆脆既法包,Texture有好大對比,係對味蕾上的衝擊。- 而餐廳仲好細心咁附上左一份黑醋沙律🥗,以中和味蕾。- 主菜

- 而餐廳仲好細心咁附上左一份黑醋沙律🥗,以中和味蕾。

- 主菜有香烤多寶魚伴帶子及新鮮蔬菜🥬,多寶魚魚皮煎得香脆,嫩滑唔鬆散,無魚骨,魚香味撲鼻。而香煎帶子,表面輕輕煎過,但仲保留刺身質感。

- 而加拿大豬扒配薯蓉及新鮮蔬菜,食落有驚喜。質感非常嫩滑,肥瘦均勻,中間保持粉嫩仲留有肉汁。Smash Potatoes🥔就略微結實左啲,但味道依然唔錯。
