To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一試車胎人推薦既餐廳,的確無令人失望。每一個菜式都feeling到用心去煮。而且樓面既侍應們好細心,幫我將薏米水番熱,薏米水暖暖的,又唔太甜👍🏻先食個上海點心 - 蘿蔔絲酥餅,即叫即做,熱辣辣,外層鬆化,內裡有滿滿的蘿蔔絲,而且干身,一d都唔油膩。再黎另一個滬式小食 - 富貴火舫,內有桂花糖,但甜而不膩,平衡返金華火腿既咸香,再加有青瓜同脆腐皮,帶有不同層次既口感。主菜 - 豫園惹味豬全骨,今次食既豬全骨不單味道好,最好既係肉質鬆軟、入味,而且一d都唔會干或硬。之後 - 砂鍋雲吞雞,我地揀左一人一盅,個雞湯好香、濃郁,而且雲吞多餡好食!

先食個上海點心 - 蘿蔔絲酥餅,即叫即做,熱辣辣,外層鬆化,內裡有滿滿的蘿蔔絲,而且干身,一d都唔油膩。
