To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋翌日假期一家人去愉景灣玩，來此餐廳用膳，見預約已滿無法用取號機，諗住問下餐廳職員可否walk in排隊等位。誰知有個類似經理的人走過路過就是故意錯過，我們一行六人在門口見到佢就叫「唔該，唔該」，佢完全無視我地，不斷叫佢，佢都係眼尾都冇望一下。我起初以為自己太斯文細聲佢聽唔到，提高音量叫左幾次佢依然無視我，繼續行過都唔理我。到最後我好大聲好惡咁叫左聲「唔該！」，佢先望過黎，問咩事。我地表明想排隊等位得唔得，佢先招呼我地入去。咁嘅服務質素，就算環境幾靚，食物幾高質，都食得唔開心囉。我地第一次去愉景灣，亦冇睇咩食評介紹，純粹路過walk in食飯。家人又係外國黎香港。估唔到呢度d服務咁差。
