南區The Southside商場開幕了,南區居民又多了一個地方可去逛,諗起以前實在太荒蕪了。商場食肆選擇多。今日想食得簡單,揀選了一間粉麵店。嚟間粉麵店來頭不少,始創人蘇先生經過不斷的努力嘗試和鑽研,在2012至2015年其間令該店獲得世界知名食評指南的認同成為星級食店,我都要試吓。清湯牛三寶 + 紫菜湯底清甜,不膩喉。牛三寳即牛腩,牛筋和牛肚。牛腩果然係主角,肉質軟熟,肉味香濃。牛肚有嚼勁,爽口。牛筋軟腍,入口即化。奶茶也不錯,茶味濃厚。
